Physically strong player; not very fast in the short term, not very fast in the long term either. He is a central defender; technically not outstanding, right-footed, uses his left foot very little; has a decent throwing ability; has some difficulties under pressure; very dangerous header. Defensively he's very aggressive and hard in duels, he struggles to regain his position quickly; in the 1vs1 he's good because he hardly loses sight of the ball but he's very impetuous and is sometimes dribbled easily. The impression is that if he has to cover a lot of the field he struggles; he also risks a sliding intervention but not always in an opportune way, committing rather conspicuous fouls.
