Daniel Ballard

A very physically strong player, slow over short distances, powerful but not very fast over long distances. He plays centre-back, is not technically exceptional, is right-footed and rarely uses his left foot; under pressure, he still tries to play the ball but shows some technical and management shortcomings; he has a good long throw and is very strong and dangerous in the air. In defence, he is very rough and edgy in duels and tackles, not quick to get back into position; not always aggressive against opponents; struggles in 1v1 situations when faced with speed; slow to change direction and body posture not always correct.
