Physically well-placed player; not very quick in the short term; has good speed in the long term. He is a central defender, technically not outstanding; if put under pressure he makes some mistakes; right-footed; left-footed used little. Has good throwing ability and is dangerous in aerial play. In the defensive phase he has a big physical impact; he's very aggressive; not always precise in regaining his position; in the 1vs1 he's beatable if tackled at speed or if he changes direction quickly; he also relies on sliding tackles even in the penalty area, risking a lot.
