Technically very good; full left-footed; uses his right foot very little; good at playing under pressure; has good vision; easy to kick; precise throw; very dangerous shooter also from long distance; decent header. Defensively, he is quite quick to regain his position although he has more offensive than defensive characteristics; in the 1vs1 he is impetuous and is easily dribbled; tough in confrontations and decisive in duels.
