Physically well-placed player; not very quick in the short term; has good progression and develops good speed in the long term. At the club he plays as a second striker; in the national team he also plays as a winger; technically good; left-footed; right-foot he uses it little but is nevertheless decent. Good at moving between the lines and attacking the space in depth; has good ball management even if in situations under pressure he concedes some risks and the ball can be stolen from him; has good finishing and good timing: good both cross and throw; good header. A bit patchy in the defensive phase; sometimes present, sometimes distracted. Dangerous player if he has space; needs to be put under pressure to force him to play quickly.
