Vahid Selimovic

A physically strong player, very tall; slow over short distances, he has a good stride and decent progression over long distances. He plays centre-back, is technically sound, uses both feet without any problems but is mainly right-footed. Under pressure, he tries to play the ball but sometimes takes too many risks and ends up losing it; long throw with both feet; he also attempts long-range shots and is dangerous in the air. In defence, he struggles with changes of direction; he is not always ready to react to his opponent's movements, he is tough in tackles; he risks tackles even if he is late and in the penalty area.
