Eric Veiga

A player of average build, with average speed over short distances and good speed over long distances. He plays both left-back and centre-back; technically average, left-footed, he uses his right foot little; he copes reasonably well under pressure; he is reasonably good going forward, overlapping when he has the chance. Average in the air. In defence, he is a bit inconsistent; he alternates between very passive challenges and others where he seeks physical contact and is aggressive and annoying, even if too impetuous; he tries to win the ball at all costs and ends up being dribbled past or forced to foul. He has some problems with changes of direction.
