Leroy Sané

A player with good physical structure, normal speed over short distances but explosive in his first few steps; he develops excellent speed over longer distances. He plays as a winger, is technically very good, left-footed, and does not use his right foot very much; he disengages well under pressure; he has very good ball control; he works well with the stop-and-go, good dribbling mainly on his strong foot; he moves the ball, touches it forward and becomes almost unstoppable; powerful shot, also good at finishing; very dangerous if he turns and picks up speed; not always “cool” in front of goal. He also participates in defensive phase, has excellent recovery qualities and has good physical impact. A potentially devastating player, but one who is sometimes lazy and overly affected.
